Stephanie joined the Rural Action team as the Human Resources Manager in July of 2023. Spending nearly 29 years at Ohio University with extensive executive level support experience, she discovered her passion for helping employees navigate their path to discover what they need to do their very best. Her main focus will be onboarding and offboarding, compliance and policies, and personnel support. She looks forward to having the responsibility of supporting a professional and caring work environment, where all individuals feel respected, valued and heard.
At home, Stephanie enjoys growing and propagating her house plants, flipping thrifted treasures, music, gardening, cooking and swimming. She and her partner Charlie have five boys between them, that keep them very busy and beaming with pride. Last, but not least, they have two very spoiled dogs, Theo and Evie.
