When I started tele-serving and all of the events that I looked forward to were getting canceled, I thought that my connection to those communities would end. Luckily, my service kept me connected in new ways! I started making educational videos to share online, we did a whole kids day camp virtually, and through my AmeriCorps service, I got to connect with people in places that I never would have in person.”
