Resilience Fund Donations Boost Our Region, Cut Your Tax Bill
If you’re thinking about taxes as 2020 winds down, consider a donation to the Resilience Fund, which has launched a second round of funding to help local businesses survive the pandemic.
The CARES Act permits donations of up to $300 to be deducted — even if you don’t itemize. And if you do itemize, there is no cap on the deduction you can take for charitable giving — up to 100% of your adjusted gross income is deductible this year.
