Red Tail Swoops in to Help With UpCycle Website
When Rural Action was looking for help on a website redesign, we looked at local and national firms for the work. In the end, we decided to “buy local,” and recent events have proven why that was a great decision.
For starters, Athens-based Red Tail Design Co. did a great job helping us update and modernize the look of RuralAction.org. We’re thrilled with the results and hope you are, too.
But it was when we collaborated with six other local organizations to acquire the assets of ReUse Industries that our decision to shop local really paid dividends. Red Tail had worked with ReUse on a design that never launched because ReUse closed for financial reasons in February 2020.
After we created UpCycle Ohio and opened a new thrift and makerspace, we needed a new website. Like, yesterday. Red Tail offered to leverage their previous work to help us create a site for UpCycle Ohio that we were able to launch quickly without compromising on quality.
Thanks for the help, Red Tail. We’re glad we shopped local …
