Virtual field trips come to life with new take-home kits! Rural Action has partnered with the Athens County Public Libraries system to create activity kits related to two virtual field trips a month. Each bag will include reading materials and supplies for activities.

Get a bag from any of the seven Athens County Library branches this week to take the tracking stories virtual field trip home with you!

Join Rural Action’s environmental educators each Friday, live from the forest and creeks! We’ll hike through the woods and share the fascinating secrets of nature that we find. With a new topic each week, these are made for kids but enjoyed by adults.

Registration is good through March 26, but feel free to pick and choose which days you’d like to attend. Topics and accompanying activities are available at youngnaturalistsclub.com.
