Rural Action is hosting a free Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) training followed by a Chesterhill Produce Auction (CPA) Growers’ Meeting at the Triple Nickel Diner in Chesterhill, OH.
This GAP training will include general food safety training followed by a step-by-step walkthrough of all requirements, documentation, and records needed for anyone interested in pursuing a third-party audited GAP Certification.
